Eva Brandt


Eva has been working in the music industry for more than 20 years as a vocalist, multi-instrumentalist and composer.

She is also trained as a sound engineer with experience in both live and studio recording including a placement at U2’s producer Flood’s NW London studio and live sound and recording jobs at UK festivals and venues incl. the Big Chill and ATP Festival feat. Iggy Pop and Bryan Ferry.

She is the co-owner and manager of Hampstead Music & Voice Studio in North London where she works and collaborates with artists from all music genres including Asian Dub Foundation, Songlines award winner 2013 Dub Colossus, Lucinda Sieger and Wilson Miles.

She also works here as an educator and mentor in music technology, artist development, vocal and voiceover techniques and her courses are always known to be inspirational, productive and great fun.

Eva has a Masters degree in Music from Goldsmiths University, specialising in electronic music composition and theatre performance.

Eva is Educational director and mentor at Ultimate Artists and while also being a member of the panel of examiners with Rockschool, UK’s leading rock and pop examination board she frequently travels around UK and worldwide on exam and workshop tours.

Eva holds a Estill Voice Training Certificate and is also trained as an Alexander Technique Teacher from the Constructive Teaching Centre in London.

She is a member of the Performing Rights Society (PRS), Musicians Union (MU) and Screened Composer Network.
